Still hunting for the best workshop for my 08' C200. Been to Big Benz in Shah Alam and Bonson but still not so right. Everything has to change according to them. But I would say Bonson probably a good place to modify your exterior or interior. He has some nice collection. He claimed he's using OEM parts. So care to share where is your favourite spot? TQ

Been sending my previous car for service and minor repair in the last 3 years W203 C200k manufactured 2001. Specialist merce workshop in Balakong town , 1km from Jusco Cheras Selatan(Selangor) .. Very good and able to explain all my doubt and appreciate my concern on cost.

Waiting my current ride to expire its warranty period end of next year and will start sending back to them for schedule service etc.

In Servicing and maintenance, we never simply ask customer to change every thing. Our principle is to narrow down the fault and detect the defective parts only to see if it is repairable or beyond repair.

But if we suggest you to change that particular parts, we are very positive that either the parts is beyond repair or risky in repair for our customers convenient and safety.

But for newly imported or used cars, we only strongly recommended our customers to do a full oil change to have a good and clear history of the car maintenance record as well as right lubricant are used without worries.

Other than that, we might suggest you to upgrade you car body kits and accessories if you want.
Many a time we advise our customers to maintain the car engine and undercarriage first and body kit are secondary.

We always recommend original parts for those performing safety and preventive maintenance usage example like:- timing chain, brake disc, brake pad, oil filter, spark plug, absorber and keys.
These majority apply to cars produce in year 2000 and above and with genuine parts like above, you will save alot of unnecessary maintenance cost and other damages cause by imitation parts.
Example the brake disc, Genuine parts are made to withstand over heating, corrugation in sudden water splash, grip function safety all the time, as such it will be constructed by certain material to give these factors that why and how MB made research to serve you.

Imitation does not do this research and used recommended material so it will cost over heating to the disc, brake oil system and wheel bearing that will cause one after another problem and leads into more maintenance cost not withstanding the fact that it does not meet the safety specification.

Our overhead cost are very low and we do not use pro and con to make our customer to change every thing unnecessarily. (Nanti kena jawab atas)
