my key sensor has not working at all, cant use remote to open or close alarm, even insert my key also no respond. is it can repair ?

the key ca repair but not many places know how to repair. if faulty beyond repair, then its going to be an expensive affair to replace - around rm1.5k

tried replacing the battery or not?

very odd problem you are facing. what about the other key, spare key?? try it and see how, also try manually on all the other key holes including the boot key hole.

just hope that it's just a flat car battery and not other bigger issues...

Something to thought :
1. If you hold the button pressed for 5-10 seconds, does a red light flash on the tip?

2. Take a mobile phone with a camera, look at the keyfob "through" the phone and press the keyfod button, does a light flash in the phones screen?

3. If the above work, you will probably just need to re-synchronise your key with your car (something about insert, turn to ON wait... can't remember, I'm sure someone will be along soon with the right instructions, or search the forum)

4. If not 1 nor 2, either your batteries or your fob are dead.

when i press the button, the light flash like normal.

how to re-synchronise the key ? when i insert my key to the lock , the lock doesnt lock the key like normal.

The red light only comes on if you hold the button in for 5 secs or so, if you are seeing the blue light then it is transmitting.
To re-sync, from my manual:

"point the transmitter to the receiver of the door or boot and briefly press the transmitter button. Then, within 30 secs turn the key to position 2 in the igniton lock"

You will first need to "disarm" the car with a working key.

Should do the trick. If not, I'm out of ideas and I would just take it to the Mercedes dealer.
