Re: Interior velour replacement Sorry have not been following this thread for some time. Hopefully I am not too late.
Velour is actually very hard wearing/hardy. For initial clean, I use diluted Simple Green degreaser to gently scrub out embedded dirt/scuff/stains on the velour surfaces. I follow with a deep steam clean treatment then spread baking soda all over the surface to deodorize and vacuum it all out after awhile. Lastly, I Febreeze for freshness :) Subsequently, I only lightly wipe down the velour surfaces once a quarter with a solution of water and liquid detergent. For the door handles, you can't really remove the stains as it is vinyl painted. Only way is to re-spray or replace with better condition units.

Re: Interior velour replacement My go-to cleaner now for interior fabric and vinyl surfaces is 303 Aerospace Multi Surface Cleaner :)
http://www.goldeagle.com/product/303-multi-surface-cleaner I buy it by the gallon and dilute where necessary. Leather I still prefer to use a specific leather cleaner followed by a conditioner/protectant.
