Car pulling to the left badly...need advice
Hi All,

Few months ago, i did post about my car pulling to the left..i have done the aligment, chamber adjustement and moved my dented rims to the back.. i have also adjusted my stering.

However, after a few weeks the problem arrised..infact it did not make it better...bila i turn my stering kiri sikit je, the car starts pulling to the left badly, instead of the steering turning back to the right automatically...

my steering turning reaction is bad..when i turn left or right, the steering does not turn back to the opposite direction back fast...instead its very slow.

Anyone had this problem before...car pulling to the left badly and steering react very slow....

you need to change all for 4 tires and realigned. it appeared that your car is having the following issues:-

i) the tyres are already worn and will not moved in a straight line naturally

ii) car is aligned to negate these i.e. cars want to go left, car is aligned to go right, initially is ok after alignment but your tires wear out again and the alignment is again upset.....get the drift...

my two cents worth:
changed all four tires preferably michellin cos some cheapo tires have roundness issues....and realigned....by the way, poor steering reaction is due to severe king pin inclination/castor angle.....you will see that either one of the wheels is closer to the chasis than the other.

hey, you should upgrade yourself to a newer model dude....lesser headache and more joy !!!!

hi,

thanks for the advice bro..on your last point, i will definitely upgrade to one soon :)

i think you are right...my tyres are actually out...and with regards to the steering issue...isnt there a way to re-align it so its balance on both sides..

I face similar problem...i.e pull to the left. However I have not tried to use camber...maybe will send to WS soon for camber...and see the result.

Changing all 4 tires is not my option at the moment as the tyres are 90% new.One veteran artist told me...some tyres do cause alignement froblem. Happened to him and he tried many thing and finally..the problem solved by changing all his 4 tires to MICHELIN..hemmmm

No camber required la...dat will be the last option. Go to the right tayar sifu. I suggest check out with MPS Auto or KIN Alignment at bandar sunway. Tell your problem and they will try to solve your problems by know-how.

Some hard ass tayar (macam my continental) can give problems because of uneveness (tayar tak rata). Michelin kinda soft so can easy to balance.

Dear bro,

Please check your front lower arm bush, all the steering bushing and ball joint. If lower arm bushing broken....your car will never get accurate aligment.

My car...after change all bushing....and did the chamber and alignment....After all this done...my car get straight line...no more turn to the left.

Good luck.
