My Mambang Merah's Makeover

Home away from home Joined: 2010/12/6 From: Abu Dhabi & Port Dickson Posts: 5695 Benz Model: C107 380 SLC Message:	My Mambang Merah's Makeover After months of sourcing for parts and screws (the mechanical kind) the time has come for the much awaited restoration and makeover of my beloved 380SLC. The process will take anywhere between 3-6 months and will be handled by the experts at Auto Dream Custom Kits. These guys have about 20 years of experience and their cars have won several classic car competitions. Tyra Benz will be leaving PD next weekend. I shall miss her. ---------------- THE KUNJIATOR There Ain't No Replacement For Displacement

Well bro Mable, here goes: - Complete electrical rewiring - Brake system - Engine & Transmission - Body - Paint, chrome, weather stripping, lights - Handling package - Interior - Leather, carpets, wood trim, dashboard, replace missing arm rest, sound system - Tinting Haven't decided if I should detail the engine or leave it stock standard. Just detail the engine as per the original. No chrome bits etc...Mostly black paint on the cam/rocker covers and the aircleaner housing IIRC. Mexican Hats I presume ?
