Thanks for the welcoming wishes and comments. It is good to know that the shop is competent and reliable. I'm getting my mum c200k sport edition w203 and she lives in Rawang. The car still under warranty from NAZA but just in case of anything she can get helps from this workshop. Does he gives better price for forumers? I assume he can do W203.

the last time i was at Besout Auto, faizal didnt hv the diagnostic tool like STAR or equivalent to be able to diagnose speedily what may ail yr car..he would use his CCB or Naza contacts to do that...but that was then, now i'm not sure whether he has gotten his own diagnostic tool..perhaps Pak Amman, if he reads this, can shed some light.

Besout's prices are reasonable & not the slaughter-house type..hehe. since the car is still under warranty, its not advisable to let another workshop to attend to yr car...unless of course its an emergency situation.

nevertheless, keep his number handy, in case there is an emergency and Naza cannot come to the rescue...does Naza have a breakdown service for its cars under warranty..sory bro, i'm not fortunate enough to be able to buy a 1st reg recond car, let alone a new one...hehe

where is the workshop?? any landmarks? i know batu 16..but where is batu 17?

It's not that difficult to locate it, if you know where is Bt.16 is. After passing Bt.16 towards Rawang town on the left you can spot the MCA building. There a junction just before the building, go straight and you can see a row of workshop as you turn left. you cannot miss Besout Auto Workshop. If I may recommend to you there is another w/shop there named Harraz , it's at the same row just before Besout specialized on Merc too. Owner name E. Sham.(nice man)

Yes, they had a handheld computer to diagnose any problem to the vehicle.

send to besout auto for service A last week and check also the gearbox (shifting "P" to "D" or "R" not so smooth..big "THUUDDD" sound..

and while driving from 1st gear to 2nd gear also not so smooth..

at the first instance i thought it was the gear box..but after abg faizal test drive and check..the culprit was the rear axle bushing..

change bushing..change rear axle oil..repair oil leak from the axle..and now..smooth like a new car..heheheh.. cost me around RM450..berbaloi..
